Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of digital content for the game Cinderreach (gems, packs, monthly card, limited offers) on the web shop shop.cinderreach.com, by [publisher’s legal name], the “publisher”.

Buying on the shop means accepting these terms, shown before every payment.

2. Account and delivery

Players sign in with their player ID and a one-time code received in the in-game mailbox. Purchased content is credited to that account, in the kingdom shown, at the next login to the game, with a “Purchase credited” mail.

Content is digital goods with no monetary value outside the game. It cannot be exchanged or refunded in money, unless the law or the publisher decides otherwise.

3. Prices and payment

Prices include all taxes, in the chosen currency (euro, US dollar, pound sterling). The price charged is the catalogue price at the time of the order, computed by the publisher’s server.

Payment is processed by Stripe. The publisher neither receives nor stores card details. A receipt is sent to the e-mail address given at payment.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16 m), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once its supply has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

Before every payment, the player ticks the box “I ask for the content to be delivered immediately and I waive my right of withdrawal”. Without it, the payment does not open. Delivery starts as soon as the payment is confirmed: the player thereby acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal.

5. Purchase limits and limited offers

Some offers can be bought a limited number of times (per day, week, month or once per account) or for a limited time shown by a countdown. An offer that is no longer available when paying is refused without any charge.

6. Complaints and support

For any question about a purchase, players write to support from the game (Settings) or to [support e-mail address], giving the date and amount of the purchase.
